Memphis, TN - Moved to act by the tragic loss in last Monday's fire that resulted in the loss of 10 lives, Memphis community leaders organized an afternoon of healing and support for the Jett Family. The Music is Healing benefit concert features 15 local artists who will perform to raise money to assist the family with costs associated with the fire. Recognizing the impact of the fire on the community as well as the family, the team behind Music is Healing wants this to be an afternoon for people to come together and fellowship while remembering the lives of the seven children and four adults. Music is Healing will take place at Memphis Slim House on September 23, 430-730 at Memphis Slim House 1130 College Street and is organized by Shahidah Jones, Tim "Big Homie" Change, S.
