Silly Goose

Downtown Memphis

100 Peabody Pl, Memphis, TN 38103

Date of Incident: September 21, 2016

Main Points of Incident:

  • Owner and Manager have displayed racist images on personal social media pages.
  • Owner is not in solidarity with the protection and unlawful killing of minority lives.

Two of my friends have shared this image. of owner Daniel Masters saying "if you support sitting during the anthem, unfriend me." If you go to his page and read the comments, it gets worse. Of course, he's been silent on the three killings of black people by police that have happened in the last three days. I haven't been to Silly Goose since Christmas and I won't be back

Status: Unresolved
